I wanted to immortalise my mum's Lemon Meringue Pie recipe, and thought this was the perfect chance. 

I separated the recipe into its 3 basic parts, and broke down the steps into easily digestible bites. I also broke down the quantities of each ingredient and ordered them in the rings from smallest to greatest.
